Study Title:
C-level Labor Inefficiencies in a Fractional Labor World
Overview of the Study:
This study is intended to generate data related to the contemporary phenomenon of fractional C-level work. The study will focus on the intentions of fractional C-level labor on the parts of both the worker and the employer. The goal of the study is to explore and explain how fractional C-level work solves perceived problems for both workers and employers.
Importance of the Study
Little research exists on the phenomenon of fractional C-level work. This study has the potential to deepen insights into how workers and employers can leverage the efficiencies of on-demand labor.
Participant Information
This study will consider fractional C-level labor from the following participants:
Study Timeframe
The study will begin in May, 2022 and be completed by July, 2022.
Study Result Uses
Confidential results of this study will be published to the participants if requested. Findings may be presented at conferences or published in journals, articles, or books.
Material for academic publications may be developed in advance of the study's final publication. Publications may take the form of blog entries, journal articles, books, or videos that would be posted in a variety of forums.
